My approach is client centered and catered to what the individual and what they are seeking to help with growth and success. I primarily use cognitive behavioral based approaches, solution focused, and motivational interviewing.

My clients would describe me as straight forward, a good listener, and someone who is not afraid to walk with others through difficult times. They would also say I am easy going and open minded.

I specialize in working with people who have been within the criminal justice system, struggle with anxiety, depression and other mental health disorders.

I became a therapist because I want to be able to help those who may feel that they are lost, not seen or heard. With my years of experience I have seen that there is an extreme need for mental health and I hope to help fill that void and help others.
