I became a trauma therapist because many of the struggles people carry today—self-doubt, intrusive thoughts, anxiety, and unhealthy relationship patterns—often began in environments where they were not fully safe, heard, or supported. Helping people understand those roots and rebuild a stronger sense of self is the work I feel most called to do.

As a trauma specialist I recognize, some clients reached a plateau where talk therapy and medication alone cannot take them further. I work with people whose traditional approaches to healing have plateaued, helping them bridge the disconnect between what they understand intellectually and what they feel emotionally.
