I help emotionally intense, introspective adults find clarity in their inner chaos so they can stop second guessing themselves and start living with confidence and direction. I work with people who feel torn inside - driven but burned out; capable, but stuck; aware but overwhelmed.

We will learn to listen and trust your emotional signals to improve your ability to thrive in your daily life, learn to love yourself again, and thrive in relationships as a parent spouse or friend.

Clients who have been successful in therapy with me are adults with ADHD who've learn to embrace themselves and reach their goals despite their symptoms, parents who've felt stuck or overwhelmed managing their children’s behavior, and trauma survivors who’ve found confidence, clarity, and connectedness.

Have Trauma, ADHD, and trouble in relationships. Mental Health problems can be confusing. There is so much overlap between symptoms. Let’s not overcomplicate it. One thing I know to be 100% true is in order to be mentally well, humans need connection, love, acceptance, freedom, and fun. Lets work toward having more of those things in your life!

It comes natural to me. I’ve always felt a passion for helping the underdog. I grew up in poverty but I was as smart as the kids with rich parents. I’ve learned to use my own experiences to connect with people in a real way. People always told me I have a nurturing presence. I was made to be a helper. It’s my purpose and I’m grateful for every chance to help

My practice is virtual only. This helps me offer you flexible hours that fit your schedule and still meet my own needs so I can continue serving you. I’ve been helping adults and families for 10 years and have been in private practice for the past 2 years. I’m looking forward to learning more about you!
