Explore the terrain of your emotional and relational worlds and check in with whether those worldviews are/aren't serving you at this point in time, understand how they have served you, and how, with some edits, they may continue to serve you.

My clients often describe me as "safe", and have often commented that I have a way of "tying it all together" in session.

I have seen that I work well with people with a capacity for the imaginative, people who have expressed the phrase "a part of me...", and people who are feeling "lost" or "stuck" in the midst of significant losses or life transitions.

I have an intrinsic and respectful curiosity about people, their worlds, and the stories that occur within their respective worlds.
