In our first session we'll explore what is bringing you to therapy at this time and decide the most appropriate, useful way to facilitate progress. We will delve deeply into issues at hand and collaborate to create a plan to help life become more manageable and enjoyable.

Most of my prior clients saw a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter. I utilize a person-centered approach which focuses on unconditional positive regard to foster self-awareness and positive change.
