My clients would describe me as warm, relatable, and authentic. I will always be professional, but I’ll never pretend to have it all together. I value honesty, authenticity, and humor and incorporate all of these into our sessions.

I work with women and moms experiencing anxiety, depression, caregiver stress and burnout, overwhelm with the mental load of motherhood, challenges of parenting high needs and neurodiverse children, and life transitions such as marriage, divorce, pregnancy, postpartum, and infertility.

Mental health issues run in my family, so my interest in the human mind was strong from an early age. I truly view this work as an honor and a privilege, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to connect with you, learn about your experiences, hold space in your most vulnerable moments, and offer support and effective tools that will bring you relief.
