I don't strictly adhere to one type of therapy. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to treat trauma. I also use cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy.

Together, we will explore what prompted you to seek therapy. We will determine your goals and work together to achieve them. I will help you identify things that might be holding you back and challenge unhealthy thinking patterns.
