My clients encounter a beautiful, enriched one hour session on how to embrace their true, genuine, authentic, selves-through processing their own lived experiences through storytelling, that have led them to understand their pain and triumphs.

During their journey in my sessions, the client will often share their core beliefs, tradition, and values, which have led them to experience themes such as sadness, loss, consequences, joy, and their own uniqueness. They will explore WHO THEY ARE.

Together, we create a treatment plan that will empower, encourage, and experience the healing they need to heal beneath the soul.

I specialize in working with people who struggle with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance abuse/recovery, grief/bereavement, personality disorders, aging, purpose, meaning, and life transitions.

I LOVE the story behind the person's life. I have always been a great listener and enjoyed validating, reassuring, and holding a safe space for them.

I think that I offer the "therapeutic experience" that people often HOPE that therapy offers.

I work at an all veteran, women of color practice in Texas. Our clinical director is Dr. Yulonda Washington who allows all of us to bring our own uniqueness and passions to our own practice unapologetically.
