I specialize in working with people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they cannot break alone. Many of my clients are caretakers, high performers, or women carrying too much for too long. I help them slow down, hear themselves again, and rebuild a life that feels steady and honest.

I became a therapist because I know what it feels like to lose yourself while trying to hold everything together. After years of teaching future counselors and walking through my own healing, I wanted to help people reclaim their voice, understand their story, and feel at home inside themselves again.

My practice is calm, steady, and centered on helping you understand what your mind and body are trying to say. I bring over 15 years of clinical training experience, a background in teaching counselors, and lived experience as a cancer survivor. Healing feels slow until one day it feels like freedom.
