I use kindness and humor in sessions, but I believe in being direct. I will work help you to identify and overcome the challenges you face.
I want people to end each session with additional skills and tools you can use in their daily life to increase your resiliency. Strategies include stopping negative thoughts and replacing them with truth, as well as finding a sense of purpose.
We will examine how anxiety, anger, perfectionism, and trauma impact your relationships, work, and sleep, and then we will develop a practical plan to manage and overcome these challenges to help you live the life that you want.
Veterans, active duty, first responders, and their family members. This includes perfectionists and people who feel burned out, irritable, stressed, and emotionally detached from people they care about most.
Living in a military family throughout my life taught me resilience, and I want to help others feel confident even when in difficult situations.
I exclusively offer telehealth therapy to protect people's privacy and to make it more convenient, whether at home, in your office, or in your car.
I've spent my life living around active duty members, veterans, and first responders, and most of my therapy career has been working with this population. I've personally experienced the uncertainty of this lifestyle and want to give back.
