My approach to therapy is collaborative, trauma informed, and grounded in the belief that lasting change happens when we feel supported and encouraged. My goal is to create a safe space where you can be honest with yourself to explore your patterns, process feelings, and learn new skills. Sessions are paced to meet you where you are.

We will discuss what brought you to therapy and the challenges you are currently facing. From there we will identify patterns, set goals and develop a plan that feels deeply meaningful to your situation. My priority is for you to leave feeling seen, heard, and hopeful about the future.

My clients will describe as direct but kind, compassionate, and humorous.

I work with individuals feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and hopeless. Individuals with trauma, depression, anxiety, and sudden life changes. Additionally, I work with mothers adjusting and coping with post partum and their new identity.

I am committed to helping adults who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and often times, hopeless. Together we can create a safe space where you can challenge old beliefs, explore patterns, process emotions, and develop new skills for dealing with life.
