I am a big believer in the idea that you already have the capability to live the life you want to live, you just need some help drawing it out. For that reason, I care a lot about what you think is best for how we work together. I'll come alongside and help, but I am going to give you a lot of say in what our work together looks like.

identify the mismatches between how you want to live and how you are living. From there, we will work to do more of what you want to do, and less of what you don't want to do. I call this "life-value congruency".
