I work with many diverse people who have issues, and just need someone to listen. From depression to personality disorders. My approach is to be real, relational, and rooted in lived experience, including my own. I create space for truth, healing, and growth, meeting folks with warmth, honesty, and deep respect for their resilience.

We'll create a space where healing feels feels safe. We’ll explore what’s working, what’s hurting, and what’s ready to shift, always at your pace, always with compassion. Together, we’ll build practical skills for navigating life’s challenges, deepen your understanding of yourself and your relationships, and strengthen your capacity for resilience.

I realized that most people, like myself, were never taught to stand up for themselves, to talk about their problems, to manage stress and emotions, to be who they really are and love everything about themselves. I believe everyone has the to potential and power to change their own lives to be where and whom they really want to be. I am here to guide you.

I love to do therapy because most people, when healed, people begin to glow. It is one of the most beautiful things to watch happen. I’ve lived through so much trauma. And now I help others do the same. My practice is warm, honest, and deeply human. I use real-world skills, lived experience, to help folks feel safe, seen, and empowered to grow.
