I am naturally curios with a desire to help others. I've remained one because people worthy of love so often believe the opposite, and I have had the privilege of witnessing that false story shift through real connection in the therapy room. This inspiring and hopeful transformation motivates me to continue to offer space to those who need it.

Outside the therapy room, I'm a person with ADHD navigating the same systems I help my clients with and committed to my own wellbeing. I also have a dog, Rox, who occasionally makes a guest appearance during sessions. We both bring our genuine selves to the space, but I blend it with professionalism (unlike Rox).
