I enjoy helping my clients cope with anxiety, set boundaries, make decisions and reach goals. I use EMDR to help you reprocess trauma and use CBT to help you explore your thinking patterns and reframe them to help you be more successful.

Together, we will explore your thoughts and beliefs that cause you to react how you do. We will work together to develop your coping skills. We will work on processing trauma that triggers strong emotional reactions.

I specialize in working with people who:

I work with perfectionists and people-pleasers who want to make decisions and set boundaries that they are comfortable with and that are aligned with their beliefs. I work with new parents who are adjusting to changes that come with a baby.

I want to join people on the journey to healing. I enjoy helping people learn more about themselves and work through emotional issues.
