My clients describe me as:
someone who encourages one to take accountability for their own mental health treatment and find out the root to the “whys”.
Something to know about my approach is:
I aim to provide a non-judgmental environment and a safe space for you to be your true authentic self. I aim to help you to build self-confidence, create and maintain healthy interpersonal relationships, and establish safe boundaries.
Together, we will:
learn how to manage our current stressors in a healthier manner that can lead to lifelong healing. Although we all yearn for the need of connection and being understood, healing starts with being honest with yourself.
I became a therapist because:
I am able to develop the ability to integrate both individual, groups, and family therapy services to provide the best treatment for my clients.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I offer walk/talk therapy to conduct in-person therapy in a more open and comfortable environment. By meeting at a coffee shop or a park etc.
More about me and my practice:
Why “Walk/Talk Therapy? Traditional office sessions are sometimes restricting and uncomfortable for some people. Location will be determined during the initial evaluation.
