Using play-based techniques for ages 3-12—and insight-oriented exploration with practical tools for older clients—I help clients navigate challenges with anxiety, depression, identity development, and trauma. Therapy with me focuses on understanding the “why” behind your patterns while building skills that create real, lasting change.

When big feelings start affecting our daily life and relationships, it can feel exhausting and isolating. Whether I’m working with a child, a teen, or a young adult, my goal is the same: to create a safe, supportive space where big feelings are welcomed. Together we work toward deeper healing, not just temporary relief.

My work is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and respect for each client’s lived experience. Above all, I hold a deep respect for the inner child in everyone. Even as we grow older, those parts deserve patience, validation, and heartfelt care.
