I am open minded and engaging. I listen instead of hearing. I use non verbal cues, what is said, and what is not said in order to be of more help.

Something to know about my approach is:

I believe that each individual has the abilities within themselves to make the desired changes. Many may not realize they have these abilities but it is my intent to help each person determine what they want and help them get there.

Have addictions, individuals that want to enhance performance through mental skills, and those that have been affected by the judicial system.

I became a therapist because:

To be a help to other individuals. I have found it is important to offer and accept help.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

My location is calm, peaceful, and confidential. I share a lobby with other counselors, but have my own office.

More about me and my practice:

I was nervous when I first went to counseling. However, it was one of the best, and hardest, things I have done. It changed my life.
