I'm a Christian therapist who is passionate about helping teen girls and women across Texas, Arizona, and Montana find healing, purpose, and joy in Jesus Christ.

Combine evidence-based therapy with the encouragement and truth of God's Word so that you can step into the freedom and hope of the redeemed story that God is writing for you. Therapy should be tailored to fit your unique needs and concerns, and we'll work together to find the practical and creative tools that work best for you.

Compassionate, warm, funny (hopefully), and energetic. I strive to create a safe and supportive relationship with my clients where you can be your genuine self and let your walls down. I'll encourage and challenge you to break patterns that aren't serving you and make meaningful changes to support your healing and growth.

I work with teen girls (13-17) and women (18-40) who are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, and more. During our Intake Session, we'll discuss your mental health history, explore your current stressors and coping strategies, and work together to create goals to guide your therapy treatment (e.g. reduced anxiety, improved quality of life).

I've been right where you are. After years of trying to “fix” my mental health on my own, I finally realized that I needed help if I wanted to heal. I learned firsthand how healing therapy can be when integrated with my faith in Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior, and I want to help you find that healing too.

For the past five years, I’ve worked with youth and adults in various settings (e.g. schools, healthcare). I’ve seen, time and again, how much need there is for mental health services and I’m excited to try and meet this need by offering online Christian therapy for teen girls and women in Texas, Arizona, and Montana.
