My clients have said that that I am an open-mind, kind, and honest therapist who empowered them and helped to improve their life circumstances.
My approach to therapy is client-centered, systemic, and holistic. I work collaboratively with you to develop a personalized plan for Discovering Bliss™.
Together, we will navigate the complexities of life, helping you build resilience, gain insight, and achieve personal bliss.
I specialize in working with couples who value their relationship and want a lasting connection and change and individuals who value their well-being, are committed to overcoming their problems, and are not focused on symptom-based treatment.
I became a therapist because I saw that there was a need for Black, indigenous, and other people of color to have a safe space to heal.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is that it is in a safe location. Also, I provide therapy in comfortable and confidential spaces
I value biblical principles, holistic health and wellness, and providing the Gold Standard of services, and committing to serve my clients tenderly from a place of gentleness and kindliness.
