My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct. Many of my clients are the ones who say ‘I’m fine’ and keep pushing, even when they’re exhausted. Oldest daughters, high achievers, and former gifted kids, you’re in the right place. I strive to create a space where you don’t have to perform, explain, or hold it all together.

Together, we will gently unpack what you’ve been carrying on your own, even the parts you brush off, minimize, or say ‘I’m fine’ about. My hope is that when you complete therapy, you feel empowered in your life, have compassion for all you’ve survived, and are ready to move forward in a way that feels whole, authentic, and truly yours.
