My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based. I help clients navigate grief, trauma, adjustment challenges, anticipatory grief, and major life changes. Drawing from my experience in critical incident response and additional training in end-of-life counseling, I provide a supportive space for healing and growth.
