My counseling approach is centered on creating a safe, welcoming space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. I believe everyone has their own story, strengths, and challenges, and I meet them where they are without judgment.

Together we will build confidence, work through challenges, discover your strengths, and create a path toward the future you want. You don’t have to have everything figured out, and you don’t have to face difficult moments alone. My goal is to walk alongside you, listen without judgment, and help you take the next step—one step at a time.
