About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

A balance of tactful irreverence and insightful. Refreshing to clients who want a therapeutic experience that is both professional and "real."

  • Something to know about my approach is:

I am trained in and utilize state-of-the-art approaches to address impacts of stress, self-image, and overwhelming emotions. However, each therapeutic relationship and approach is different and collaboratively based on your unique needs and pace.

  • Together, we will:

Explore the interaction between your history, emotional style, relationships, and current circumstances as they affect and concern you. Together we collaborate on pathways to recovery and/or greater wellbeing, sense of self, and resiliency.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

Have experienced histories, events, and/or relationships that have impacted their sense of self and others in unhelpful ways. In particular, I have extensive experience with various forms of anxiety, trauma, and historical stressors.

  • I became a therapist because:

Apparently I have always been good at reading people and messing with their heads. Turns out you can do some good and get paid for it too!

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

Much of my consulting work is about enhancing telehealth practices. I believe that helps me provide a much more satisfying teletherapeutic experience.

  • More about me and my practice:

Feel free to check out my website where I wax on in much more detail about my history, therapeutic philosophy, and approaches. It is pretty longwinded and lofty, but if you have sleep problems it may help :)
