My approach is warm, honest, and focused on helping you feel truly understood. I don’t believe in quick fixes. We take time to explore the patterns behind your anxiety and relationships so you can create real, lasting change.

Together we will slow things down, make sense of what you’re feeling, and understand the patterns that keep you stuck. We’ll work on building confidence, setting boundaries, and helping you feel more secure in yourself and your relationships.

My clients would describe me as warm, easy to talk to, and genuine. They often say they feel comfortable opening up with me, while also feeling gently challenged in ways that help them grow and see things more clearly.

I specialize in working with people who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that keep repeating in their relationships. Many are used to being the strong one for everyone else, while quietly struggling. I especially connect with BIPOC clients navigating identity, family expectations, and wanting to feel more like themselves.

I became a therapist because I grew up in a space where mental health wasn’t openly talked about. As a first-gen Latina, I know how hard it can be to open up or even put words to what you’re feeling. I wanted to create a space where people feel understood, supported, and don’t have to carry everything on their own.

I provide sessions in English and Spanish and bring a warm, honest, and grounded approach. I’ll meet you where you are, while also gently challenging patterns that keep you stuck. Social justice and cultural awareness matter to me, and I aim to create a space where you feel respected, safe, and able to be fully yourself.
