My approach is relational, approachable and strengths based. I support Autistics, ADHDers, Highly Sensitive Persons, and the parents or partners of these neuro-types. We experience the world is uniquely so the approach to therapy is eclectic and adaptable to the client's needs. You are the expert in your life and I am here to challenge and support you.

Some clients want support resolving conflict with their partner or children. Some clients want to dig deep to release shame and experience radical acceptance.

Warm, friendly, easy to talk to and willing to dive deep or stay on the surface to provide practical tools depending on your capacity and needs. Many of my clients come to me with a high level of self awareness and admit that they feel "surprised" by what we uncover together. I hold space for my clients with genuine curiosity and openness not judgement.

I also have cultural competence to support inter-racial/multi-cultural relationships and first generation south asian immigrants with family boundaries issues.

to support the neurodivergent women who experience the grief and trauma of growing up without the appropriate supports. Also to support the caregivers of AuDHDers/PDAers. It is very isolating and confusing as a parent to be raising a child for which very little helpful parenting support exists.
