Our brain and body know how to heal but too often trauma and our own actions get in the way. I use techniques that tap into the natural healing capacity of your brain and body to help you get out of your head and restore a sense of calm and clarity.

Together we will learn more about your specific nervous system patterns and how to bring your system back to a place of calm and grounding. When your nervous system is balanced, you have better boundaries, better communication, and you can respond rather than react to the world around you.

My clients would describe me as calming, non-judgmental, and curious. I also love to laugh with my clients. Therapy doesn't have to be completely serious and stuffy!

I specialize in working with people who feel stuck, whose anxiety or chronic pain is keeping them from living a full life, and who are tired of just talking about their problems. I work best with people who can be curious about themselves and are willing to try something different.

I became a therapist because I saw how trauma and painful experiences can weigh people down and keep them from having healthy relationships with themselves and others. I want to help people find hope and healing. Painful memories will never go away, but they don't have to hold you hostage either.

Therapy is a collaborative effort between a therapist and client. I have information and a different perspective to share. You are the expert on your life, which means you have a say in where we go and how quickly and what you apply to your life. Therapy is not easy, but I commit to showing up for the work.
