My experience spans from traditional therapy settings to high-intensity crisis roles, where I’ve helped individuals navigate some of their most critical moments. I help individuals work through challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma using evidence-based approaches, including Solution-Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Together, we will identify how you are feeling and explore ways of approaching what has you feeling depressed, anxious, overworked, or lacking motivation.
