I believe every client is unique, and every person already possesses what they need to heal. This healing capability is activated in human relationships, which is why my top priority is building safety and security in our therapeutic relationship.

Are survivors of childhood abuse/neglect, domestic/intimate partner violence, and sexual assault. I am well-equipped to work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, substance abuse, PTSD, grief & loss, and challenges with body image & eating.

I am passionate about helping people gain greater self-knowledge in service of a greater sense of agency, confidence, connectedness, & freedom.

I consider myself to be an anti-oppressive clinician. I believe therapy can play an important role in giving individuals the tools they need to navigate a world full of injustice, and to play an active role in creating a better world.
