Many of my clients are used to being the strong one for everyone else. In our work together, you don’t have to hold everything on your own. I offer a warm, thoughtful space where you can slow down, feel truly seen, and begin untangling the stress, expectations, and emotions you’ve been carrying.

Together we’ll slow things down and make sense of what you’ve been carrying. We’ll work on understanding patterns, processing past experiences, and building healthier ways of relating to yourself and others so you can feel more grounded, confident, and connected in your relationships and daily life.

Warm, relatable, and genuinely easy to talk to. Clients often share that they feel seen and understood in ways they haven’t before. They appreciate that I’m compassionate, grounded, and able to gently guide them through culture, identity, relationships, and life’s pressures.

I work with people who often carry a lot for others while quietly struggling themselves. Many of my clients are high-achieving professionals, first-generation immigrants, or people navigating culture, faith, family expectations, and relationships while trying to stay true to themselves.

I’ve always been drawn to people’s stories and the quiet things they carry. Growing up around different cultures and communities, I saw how often people struggled in silence. Becoming a therapist felt like a way to create spaces where people feel truly seen, understood, and supported.

I offer virtual therapy across Texas. I’m the founder of NŪR Counseling. My style is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. Many of my clients come to therapy wanting to better understand themselves, navigate relationships, and break patterns shaped by family, culture, or past experiences.
