My passion is helping people who struggle in their daily lives with anxiety, depression and PTSD.

After my discharge from the military I went back to school to understand the meaning of human minds so I could care for my combat injured husband.

I offer online therapy. When life gets busy, it is nice to know you can connect to your therapist from the comfort of your own space.
