Stephanie Olvera

I am a marriage and family therapist and addictions counselor. I work with clients one and one, couples, or the whole family. I bring a systemic lens into the therapy room. This could look like discussing how you are affected by the political climate, how you think you fit in your community or family, or unraveling deep rooted generational trauma.

My goal is to guide you on a journey toward self-love and lasting change, helping you achieve the wisdom and clarity you've been seeking.

I specialize in working with people who are managing anxiety. This can be anxiety about life changes, work stress, relationship challenges, or low self esteem. I also specialize in working with people who are managing addictions to alcohol or drugs.

I became a therapist because I believe in the importance of self compassion and social support which I try to promote in each session. I love to empower and connect with people on a meaningful level.
