Mondays, Tuesday, and Wednesdays with Flexibility for virtual.
My clients describe me as:
compassionate, realistic, honest, and validating. I work hard to help couples feel heard and validated in session. I love adding a dose of humor.
Something to know about my approach is:
While working with couples, I use a lot of the Gottman principles and ideas from EFT. I believe that couples need to get curious with each other instead of complacent in order to begin rebuilding the relationship they desire.
Together, we will:
help you feel heard and understood in your relationship while improving communication and intimacy. We will begin rebuilding a foundation that will be able to endure life's challenges and struggles.
I specialize in working with people who:
are feeling hopeless, alone, unheard, and frustrated in their relationships. The couples I work with often state feeling like roommates or feel like they can manage the operations of their family, but the romance and intimacy is gone.
I became a therapist because:
My marriage had hit rock bottom and therapy helped me realize that there was hope for it being better than had been.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
Conveniently located off of 45 between Spring and The Woodlands.
More about me and my practice:
I recently moved the area for my husband's job with our 3 kiddos, 2 crazy dogs, and horse. I worked in WI at a private practice for the past two years and left growing practice behind. Couples are something I am very passionate about!
