My approach is client-centered in nature, meaning it’s all about you and every aspect of you! I often take an integrative approach in sessions, using techniques from various therapeutic modalities. No person is the same, so why should therapy be!

I work with primarily adolescents (14+) and young adults on transitioning to new chapters in life, building healthy relationships, managing stress and anxiety-related concerns. I also enjoy working with eating disorders and identity exploration.
