I work with adolescents (12+) and adults on building and maintaining healthy relationships, transitioning to new chapters in life, body image and anxiety-related concerns. My approach is holistic and client-centered, meaning it’s all about you!

Together we’ll collaborate on making life’s difficulties less challenging and becoming the best version of yourself. Even if fitness isn’t your thing, my goal is to provide a space for you to be yourself without judgment and promote empowerment.

I specialize in working with people who are experiencing anxiety and depression, along with providing guidance around body image, disordered eating patterns and stress management.
