are tired of feeling sad, worried, angry, and arguing with loved ones. You are bothered by past experiences that happened long ago, unsure how to accomplish personal and professional goals, and have difficulty getting what you need in relationships.

Teletherapy offers more flexibility in location (you can be anywhere in Texas) and scheduling.

My counseling approach is culturally-sensitive; taking into consideration the unique cultural experiences, worldviews, and life experiences of each individual. Recognizing that finance can be a barrier to therapy, I am open to discussion about fees.
