I often use a client centered, solution focused, strength based perspective. I use ACT, CBT, DBT, and TFCBT interventions. Occasionally I provide education on attachment styles and family systems.

We will work on your goals in a way that you can implement them outside of therapy and make a life change towards improving satisfaction and quality of life. We will work through any issues that impede on your life fulfillment.

I specialize in working with people who struggle with trauma, sexual trauma, and adjustment to the stressors life brings.

I became a therapist to help those when they are in their darkest hour and to provide a safe therapeutic space to work through these inner conflicts.

I am originally from Las Vegas and have resided in Texas for the past three years. My practice focuses on presenting a new perspective to finding peace within self.
