I take a neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based approach, integrating play therapy, EMDR, and IFS. I support children, teens, adults, and families in building emotional regulation, self-awareness, and resilience, while creating a safe, collaborative space for growth, healing, and practical skill-building in daily life.

Together, we will explore emotions, strengthen coping skills, and build self-understanding. Using play therapy, EMDR, and IFS, we’ll create practical strategies for emotional regulation, resilience, and connection, helping children, teens, adults, and families navigate challenges and thrive.
