I strive to help clients move from isolation and disconnection toward greater authenticity, self-worth, and connection in the relationships that bring their lives meaning. We will work towards making the changes in your life and relationship that right now feel like are impossible to achieve.

Coming to therapy can be extremely scary, so I work to be warm and authentic in my interactions with you. I enjoy connecting and building a relationship with you as another person. Due to the fear and vulnerability of therapy, I make it an emphasis to build deep trust with you.
