I have a holistic approach as I recognize that mind, body, and spirit are connected and it doesn't make sense to just focus on the mind. Because of this, I have specialized training in nutrition for mental [and physical] health.

work on identifying nutritional and lifestyle needs to boost your metabolic health and thus improve mental function. If nutrition isn't your thing, we can do more "basic" psychotherapy and do mindfulness-based discussions, EMDR, and EFT (tapping).

I work best with people who have their trauma mostly resolved but still have an underlying depression, stress, or anxiety. Most likely, there's a biological cause there, and I can help address that with nutrition.

I became a therapist because I wanted to help people using the same techniques that helped me. I know that my approach is unconventional, and I'm proud of that. But I hope to educate others on the power of nutrition and mindfulness and how they can solve a lot of our health problems.

I am a solo practitioner in Logan, Utah. I also work part-time with River Hollow Mental Health. If I don't take your insurance in my own practice, I might at the other clinic!
