My approach is present, compassionate and direct. I strive to co-create a space with you that feels safe, non-judgmental, and rooted in consent. I will not push you to share anything you’re not ready for, and I may invite you to go deeper or explore limiting beliefs. This is your therapy journey, and I’m here to meet you where you are.

Together, we may explore how to connect with the present moment and your body, build compassion for parts of you that feel difficult, and reflect on how family, culture, and community shape your well-being. I believe many of our internal struggles are shaped by larger social systems, and it’s important to hold that context in the healing process.

My clients describe me as present, skilled, easy-going, and occasionally humorous. I have a strong emphasis on building self-compassion and coping skills through mindfulness tools. Clients express that I help them with foundational skills they can use in everyday life. Clients have also shared they gain valuable insights through deeper work.

I specialize in working with people navigating chronic pain, trauma, relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. I have over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, working with adolescents and adults. I am currently still working in chronic pain research using a mindfulness intervention to support pain management.

I love people, and I love connection! I feel truly honored to witness and hold space for others' pain. I find the work powerful and meaningful.

In my free time, I love rock climbing, crafting, and spending time with my community outdoors. I hope to connect with you or connect you to someone who may better meet your needs!
