I approach therapy with genuine curiosity about who you are as a person and what matters most to you. My goal is to create a nonjudgmental space where you can show up as you are, without feeling like you need to have everything figured out. I’ll meet you exactly where you’re at and take the time to understand your experiences and your goals for therapy.

Together, we will explore what’s been weighing on you and emotions that may be keeping you feeling stuck. We’ll work on finding tools and ways of coping that actually feel useful and realistic for your life. Therapy doesn’t have to look the same for everyone, so we’ll figure out what works for you and move at a pace that feels comfortable.

My clients describe me as warm, understanding, and easy to talk to. I try to bring my genuine self into the therapy room and create a space that feels comfortable and supportive. You don’t have to have the perfect words or know exactly where to begin—I want you to feel like you can simply show up as you are.

I specialize in working with people who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, life changes, or substance use. I especially enjoy working with LGBTQ+ clients and creating a space that feels safe and affirming.

I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to be on the other side of the room and how meaningful it can be to have someone who truly gets it. Having been in that space myself, I understand how vulnerable it can feel to open up and let someone into the parts of your life that feel difficult.
