My work is to help you step out of survival & into a life that feels yours. People arrive in therapy feeling like they have been bracing - holding it together, anticipating the next stress, carrying what nobody could see. Together, we can create the safety needed for your system to soften, begin to breathe, feel more present, & slowly come home to yourself.

I wanted to offer a space where people could move beyond survival and reconnect with parts of themselves that had to go quiet in order to cope.
