I have transitioned from an office to solely telehealth, and I have found telehealth to be just as personal and effective as in-person. I am an anxiety, OCD, and trauma specialist who works with individuals, couples, and families.

I specialize in ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) and TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy). I personally struggle with anxiety and OCD. I bring evidence-based knowledge to my therapy coupled with personal experience.
