My specialty is TEAM-CBT, a form of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). Additionally I use and exposure and ERP (exposure response prevention) methods. I find that using these approaches with my clients makes it possible to reach desired goals rapidly and effectively and empowers them with methods they can use to maintain their progress.

We will collaborate effectively and use the TEAM-CBT framework to guide a path forward through in-session discussions, exercises, psychoeducation, and homework assigned to ensure a comprehensive change.

Through the use of after-session therapist evaluations, my clients generally report seeing me as warm, supportive, concerned, helpful, empathetic, collaborative, empowering, knowledgeable, skillful, a good listener, and understanding.

I work with individuals who are experiencing: symptoms of anxiety, thought spirals, intrusive thoughts, panic symptoms, depression, conflict, stress and overwhelm, low self-esteem, impact of transitions, OCD, and communication challenges. These are all areas where I can be most effective working with my patients.

I enjoy connecting with people in a meaningful way and having a positive impact on others' well-being. It's exciting to see people make huge changes and find relief from their challenges and symptoms and feels both important and gratifying.

I love my work and facilitating real change with clients using the powerful tools in TEAM-CBT. Clients who are motivated, determined, and trust me to work together closely and guide them through the process are my favorite! CBT is so transformative and I feel so much shared joy and respect for my clients when their hard work has paid off!
