Develop a plan that respects your uniqueness and autonomy. Goals will be reviewed periodically with each client to ensure we are still on target or to re-evaluate if the client’s goals have changed.

I want each client to understand I have not only listened to them with respect but have also understood their problems.

I have found my clinical style and approach are a fantastic fit for working with adults who struggle with anxiety, stress, addiction, and insomnia. My goal is to help clients make lasting progress in their daily lives.
