I provide services that are selected just for you after listening to your needs. Together we identify what is most helpful and move forward. I am trained in Trauma Focused Therapy, CBT, Art therapy, Play Therapy, EMDR and psychotherapy.

Together we will identify options to promote healing and answers for the problems you are facing. You will go out of a session with hope and tools to help you cope in your everyday life. You will find support!

I work with people of all ages; 3 to 103. I feel God has blessed me with the ability to give people hope in what seems hopeless. It is important to me for all people to believe in themselves and be find the support they need to reach their dreams.
