Your journey and story is unique. Therefore, I utilize an eclectic approach pulling from CBT, MI, and Solution based therapies to provide an individualized approach to care. I view psychotherapy as a collaborative & relational process to promote growth. My therapeutic style is warm yet direct but nonjudgmental.

With that being said, together we will work to build self-trust, strengthen resilience, and create a safe space for honest conversation to build the skills you need to and move forward with strength.
