In a world that seeks to disconnect us from ourselves, I think therapy, in its best form, is a reclamation of who we really are. Trained psychodynamically, I'm interested in people's earliest experiences, unconscious world, and social location.

Look at, play with, and make conscious the unconscious patterns and narratives in your psyche in order to get at the truth of the person that you want to be and the life you want to live by aim to create new narratives and healthier dynamics.

Someone who is warm and fuzzy but also keeps it real with you with humor. I've also been described as being able to bring out deeper emotions in them.

exist on the margins of society. This usually means BIPOC, queer folks, neurodivergent folks, folks who engage in sex work and kink, and couples! I also am passionate about working with adult children of narcissistic parents.

it was my calling! I wanted to do something meaningful for work (and also be my own boss) that allowed me to support people in a tangible way.
