I consider my approach to therapy to be, above all else, very relationally based and client-centered. This means I may reach many different therapeutic approaches, in general, or even throughout a single session, to meet your specific needs.

My therapeutic background and experience are primarily with individual challenges. Still, I am currently learning how this skill set translates into couples counseling and am interested in exploring this work as well.
