I am a eclectic therapist using a combination of techniques including trauma focused and cognitive behavioral therapy. I am a christian therapist who understands that life is hard and my goal is to help you find wholeness and healing in your journey

I specialize in dealing with clients who are dealing with life stressors, family, marriage, relationship, and divorce issues. I specialize in anxiety, depression, grief, parenting, foster parent issues, stress management, and anger management.

I became a therapist because:

I wanted to help hurting humanity heal. I wanted to help families and individuals address mental health issues without a stigma.

My practice is called Wise Counsel because "In the multitude of Counsel there is safety", so we should always seek Wise Counsel. I offer that wisdom from a practical, biblical, professional and experiential perspective.
